* Please, arrive 15-20min earlier to ensure enough time to change clothes and fill up forms.
* Classes start promptly at the designated times. The door must be closed by then.
* Bring comfortable clothes (refrain from using street clothes).
* Come on an empty stomach (do not eat 2-3h before the class).
