On first of January 2010, a group of yoginis and yogis held 108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) at Nyin-Dah Yoga Studio in Thimphu (Bhutan) to welcome the new year 2010. All our gratitude to the participants!
This was the first yoga event taken at the studio... and there will be many more to come!
We just need a little few more moments to finalise some details and the studio will be fully ready to share the beautiful art of yoga.
